The public housing component of McKeesport Housing Authority has the following communities: Crawford Village – Family units Harrison Village – Family units Locust Street – Family units Isbir Manor – Near Elderly Steelview Manor – Near Elderly McKeesport Towers – Elderly Only All Applications are screened for credit, criminal, and rental history. Rent is based on 30% of the gross household income. Applications may take up to 30 days to process. The following is an application packet that is printable in PDF version.
